Dr. Guerra is Medical Director of HRMC's Pediatric Hospitalist Program. He is board certified and is both a Diplomate and Fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics. He earned his M.D. from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine/pediatrics at Overlook Hospital in Summit, where he also served as Chief Resident before becoming the Director of Ambulatory Pediatrics. Dr. Guerra also served as a full time Neonatal Physician in the NICU at St. Barnabas in Livingston. He was a volunteer physician at Ground Zero in lower Manhattan in 2001 and has volunteered his medical skills in many third-world countries. Dr. Guerra speaks both English and Spanish.
