| Details: The goal of this course is to train laypeople in first aid assessments and actions. Topics include medical emergencies, injury emergencies and environmental emergencies. This video-based first aid course includes peer and manikin practice and case discussions. This course was developed by the American Heart Association and includes peer and manikin practice and case dicussions.
Topics include medical,injury and environmental emergencies.
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association.
